Information we handle

We process account details such as your name, email address, and password hash; workspace, project, billing, and support information you provide; and usage data needed to operate the service.

When you run a scan or journey, Flowzini may process the target application’s URLs, page content, screenshots, browser observations, and test results. You are responsible for having permission to test those applications and for avoiding secrets or personal data in test inputs.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, run requested scans and journeys, show reports, administer plans and billing, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not use your application data for advertising.

Service providers and sharing

We share information with service providers that help host the application, process payments, deliver transactional email, and provide requested AI or browser services. Providers process information under their service terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and account deletion

We keep account and application information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or reporting needs. When you delete an account, sign-in details are anonymized and access is removed. Project and usage history may remain associated with an anonymized record for reporting.

Security and your choices

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including password hashing and access controls. You can update account details, change your password, or request account deletion from account settings. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and policy changes

Flowzini is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service changes; the current version and update date will appear on this page.
