These terms govern access to Flowzini. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. The service operator’s legal name, registered address, governing law, and formal notice details should be completed before these terms are used as a final contract.

Using Flowzini

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining appropriate access controls in your workspace.

Applications and data you test

You must have authority to scan, browse, and test each application you connect to Flowzini. You retain your rights to submitted data and grant Flowzini permission to process it only to operate the features you request. Do not submit data you are not authorized to use or expose credentials and secrets in test content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Flowzini to violate law or third-party rights, disrupt or probe systems without authorization, bypass access controls, transmit malware, or interfere with the service. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, providers, or the service.

Plans and payment

Some features require a paid plan. Applicable prices, limits, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown during purchase or in billing settings. You authorize the payment provider to process charges for the plan you select. Taxes may apply where required.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Flowzini available and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product develops. We may provide notice when a material change affects your use.

Ownership and feedback

Flowzini and its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of the service operator and its licensors. You may use the service during your account’s active term. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without restriction or compensation.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the service and delete your account through account settings. Deletion removes your sign-in access and anonymizes account details; historical project and usage records may be retained for reporting. We may suspend or end access for material violations of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Flowzini reports are tools to support your own quality work and do not guarantee that an application is secure, compliant, or free from defects. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any applicable liability limits and governing law must be completed by the service operator before publication.
